M.Ch.- Urology

Started M.Ch. Urology Course (3 Seats) at IKDRC-ITS under aegis of GUTS.

Course: 3 seats per year.

Eligibility: MS/ DNB: General surgery.

DM- Nephrology

Course: 4 seats per year.

Super specialty students join the department of nephrology through Gujarat University , DM entrance examination for four seats at IKDRC. The department trains them to develop the knowledge and skills required to provide the best possible care to patients throughout their career.

Eligibility: MD in General medicine/ pediatrics.

MD (Anesthesia) 

Postgraduate students join the department through Gujarat University entrance system for M.D. in Anaesthesia for 3 yrs. The department trains them to develop the knowledge & skills required to provide best possible care to their patients throughout their career. They are rotated to all surgical specialities associated with B.J.Medical College.The academic activities include seminars, case discussions, exams at regular intervals & tutorials. This is in addition to daily teaching activity based on the cases conducted in operation theatres & C.C.U.

PDCC- Post-Doctoral Certificate Course in Renal and Transplant Pathology

We have been recognized as the first qualified teaching center for renal and transplant pathology, by Indian College of Pathologists.

Two candidates will be enrolled every year for this course.

Eligibility: MD (Pathology), Age ≤ 35 years.

Duration: One year, full time course.

The candidate is awarded the certificate by the Indian College of Pathologists at their annual national conference held every year.
