Many women develop kidney diseases in India due to complications resulting from pregnancy and poor medical care obtained by these women. Most kidney hospitals do not have Obstetrics and Gynecology dept. and female patients are therefore forced to go out for their treatment. Keeping this in mind, the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology was established. We have been able to reduce mortality of these patients from 60 % to less than 20 %. The department runs on out patient clinic with an approximate load of 2000 patients annually.

OPD (OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT)

It is open from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Endoscopic Procedures

The department performs highest number of laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures with LASER ablations routinely on day care basis. Patients are admitted on the day of operation in the morning and are allowed to go home the same day in the evening.
